Personal Trainer Kirsty Watling, talks all things health and fitness and how she canÂ help you achieve success with your exercise and health goals!
How did you get into health and fitness?
I have always been interested in health and fitness. Exercise is my passion and being able to instil and maintain this enthusiasm in my clients is why I love what I do.
I trained at Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts as a dancer, while always maintaining a keen interest in Pilates and Sport. I spent six months training in a martial arts academy in Thailand, competing in Thai Kickboxing working towards winning the 55kg title belt.
Seven years ago, I trained as a Personal Trainer in Sydney, Australia, and since then have studied alongside orthopaedic surgeons, chiropractors and Sports and Injury Rehabilitation specialists to develop a more complete approach to health and fitness.
What services do we offer at Body Care Plus?
We offer Osteopathy, Dry Needling, Sports Massage, Private Personal Training, Â Pilates, Sports Rehabilitation and Injury PreventionÂ and Small Group Classes. We are really excited to offer Pilates as it is fantastic for developing a strong core, perfect posture and a stable, healthy spine. It is a really gentle approach to exercise, which aids with longevity and relaxation.

How do you motivate people?
Before you can motivate your client, you have to get to know them. You need to get to the heart of why they are here. Some people need to be yelled at; others require a more gentle approach. When you know your client, you can inspire them.
