This smoothie is made up of superfoods which will boost Vitamin A, which has been proven to slow down the ageing process and Vitamin B which supports digestive health and helps manage anxiety. It is packed full of anti inflammatories and will boost immunity and bone health.
- 1 Conference Pear
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- 50g of Blackberries
- 2 cm piece of fresh Ginger
- 1/4 of a Cucumber
- 200 g of Pineapple
- 150 ml of Water
Whack all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up until smooth. I recommend the Vitamix Pro, because it makes short work of tougher veggies!

The popular “5 a day”, really should refer more to veggies than fruit! If you do indulge in this brain and body boosting smoothie, remember it is predominantly made up of carbohydrates, so make sure you get out and do something active to offset this!
