Benefits of Pilates

Here is a sneak peak of a Pilates sequence so you know what to expect when you come and try a class.

Let’s face it, most of us slouch over our desks and computers for hours, rarely giving our poor posture a thought. Sound like you?

Prevent long term damage by taking part in a highly rewarding and entertaining Pilates class. Due to the low impact nature of Pilates, it is suitable for those suffering with back and joint pain.

The benefits of Pilates classes go beyond improved posture and include:

  • Improved balance, coordination and flexibility
  • Greater core stability and improved pelvic floor
  • Improved muscular strength and endurance
  • Stress relief
  • Can help manage back and joint pain
  • Promoting a sense of well being and relaxation

Our private Stott Reformer sessions are the gold standard in Pilates.
