This recipe for Cumin, Coriander and Fennel Tea is an ancient Ayurvedic method which calms and soothes inflammation and aids digestion.

This therapeutic little beauty can also boost fat loss, reduce bloating, restore mental clarity and cleanse and detoxify the body. Bring this soothing, restorative tea into your morning routine to boost your mood and wellness.

  • ¼ Tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
  • ¼ Tsp of Whole Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ Tsp of Whole Fennel Seeds
  • 2 Mugs of Water
  • Manuka Honey to taste (If you have a sweet tooth)


  • Grind together the seeds in a coffee grinder.
  • Pop the water in a milk pan, add the ground spices and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 4 minutes then strain it and serve.


Top Tip..

You could add some fresh ginger and turmeric to the mix for the ultimate detox tea!
