This recipe for Cumin, Coriander and Fennel Tea is an ancient Ayurvedic method which calms and soothes inflammation and aids digestion.

- ¼ Tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
- ¼ Tsp of Whole Cumin Seeds
- ¼ Tsp of Whole Fennel Seeds
- 2 Mugs of Water
- Manuka Honey to taste (If you have a sweet tooth)
- Grind together the seeds in a coffee grinder.
- Pop the water in a milk pan, add the ground spices and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 4 minutes then strain it and serve.
You could add some fresh ginger and turmeric to the mix for the ultimate detox tea!
